TODD C. BURNHAM, ESQ. was born in Niskayuna, New York and raised in the Syracuse suburb of Fayetteville. He is a 1995 Hobart College graduate and a 2000 Albany Law School of Union University graduate. Todd opened his Erie, Colorado office in March 2009 and continues to oversee his Latham, New York office.
Todd is admitted to practice law in both Colorado and New York state courts in addition to the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Todd’s Colorado law practice centers around civil litigation with an added focus on Family Law and related practice areas including Real Estate Law and Bankruptcy Law. The Burnham Law Firm’s New York office, located in Latham, New York, is a real estate law firm and works closely with Continental Title and Closing Services, LLC (www.continentaltitles.com), a national title agency with offices in Colorado and New York State.
Todd was a member of two National Champion Hobart College Lacrosse teams and was twice named an NCAA All-American lacrosse player. Upon graduating from Hobart College, Todd spent nearly one year in Australia teaching lacrosse to youths in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
Todd and his family live in Erie, Colorado.

Jennifer is a biotechnology patent attorney with a Ph. D. in Biotechnology from Colorado State University and a J.D. from the University of Colorado. After working at two different law firms and also in-house, she founded her own biotechnology patent law firm in Erie, Colorado. She has received numerous awards and accolades in her field, including a 2008 Congressional Medal of Distinction, and an appointment by Governor Owens to the Biotechnology Council for the State of Colorado. The Denver Business Journal voted Jennifer one of the 40 top business in the professional service category in 2004. Jennifer has received four appointments as the Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association's Committee on Bioethics, and she was one of the seven attorneys sponsored in 2006 by the American Bar Association for an in-person en banc lifetime admission to the US Supreme Court.
