Stephanie Randall

Stephanie joined Burnham Law after being opposing counsel to Todd Burnham on a challenging custody matter, quickly impressing all involved with her knowledgeable advocacy and fearless representation.  A quick review of her professional experience shows her minor in legal studies from Milligan College, a paralegal degree and four years as a family law and personal injury litigation paralegal, prior to attending Washburn University School of Law, making her an immediate asset to the firm.

While in law school, Stephanie prepared to become a domestic trial attorney, including serving as an editor for the American Bar Association’s Family Law Quarterly, the most cited family law publication in the United States.  Stephanie also co-chaired the Children and Family Law Center, was a student ambassador for the law school, an elected student bar association section representative, a legal research assistant, and a peer mentor for students entering their first semester of law school.  Stephanie successfully organized and executed food drives for homeless shelters, fundraisers for the families of local police officers killed in the line of duty, and donations of Christmas gifts for underprivileged children in the Philippines.  She was recognized for her work by the ABA Family Law Quarterly and received an award for “Best Law” in 50 States.

In order to hone her skills for immediate trial work, Stephanie was a summer judicial clerk for the Honorable Magistrate Hubler of the Denver District Court – Domestic Division and a summer intern for Colorado Legal Services’ Children and Family Unit.  Stephanie distinguished herself with a student practice license, working in the law school’s Legal Clinic as a criminal defense attorney.  Following law school and licensing with the Colorado Bar, Stephanie immediately entered into domestic trial work with a reputable firm, honing her skills as a family law and personal injury attorney.

Stephanie has a passion for child advocacy and is listed on the judicial rosters in most Colorado jurisdictions as a Child and Family Investigator.  Stephanie also frequently represents children as a Guardian ad Litem for the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center in protection order cases involving domestic violence.

Since that time, Stephanie has represented dozens of clients in complex family law matters and personal injury cases with outstanding results, both in and out of the courtroom.  A naturally-gifted strategic thinker and uniquely focused family law attorney, Burnham Law clearly attracted a young attorney who is quickly becoming a known, respected, and effective advocate for her clients.  Stephanie is loved by her clients and was recently awarded “Top Attorney’s of North America” by the Who’s Who Directories.  Burnham Law is lucky to have Stephanie Randall.
